Established Care Home in Wick

At Riverside House Care Home, we have an experienced team who look after the requirements of all residents staying at our care home. The care team is led by the manager who is assisted by the Lead Nurse and Care Co-coordinator, lead cook and lead domestic. The care team consists of trained, experienced, nurses, senior carers and care assistants.

The lead cook works closely with the manager and nursing team to ensure correct dietary needs are catered for. He leads a team of relief cooks, kitchen assistants and kitchen domestics. The lead domestic liaises with the manager and leads a team of laundry staff and floor domestics. The head of maintenance ensures all the safety checks are carried out in line with Health & our staff-to-resident ratio is calculated by a live dependency tool which we use to ensure a high-quality level of care is maintained to all residents.
